But I think, I do not have to worry about this. But may be there is a Swede we can offer as a replacement for Henry. A few reasons why Henry should join Barca: Titles won Competition: FC Barcelona/Arsenal Champions League: 1/0 UEFA Cup: 3/1 European Super Cup: 2/0 Cup Winners Cup: 4/1 Domestic Championship: 17/13 Domestic Cup Winner: 24/10 This season: Barca can still win the championship, Spanish Cup and Champions-League. They have also won against Real Madrid in Bernabeu. Something Arsenal can try to prove next month. All in all a lot of reasons why Henry could wear the cheap toothpaste jersey next season. May be the price is the smell of olive oil while playing in front of an impressing 100,000 crowd most of the time. I am sure he is willing to pay the price!

Another reason why Henry will go to barcelona....he must be tired of playing with only rookies. Blame it all on the injuries, but the point remains that while Barcelona leads Spanish league, Arsenal are dropping in the standings in EPL...fast. Plus, face the facts, Henry is a terrible captain. Theres so much specualtion about the transfer of Henry to barcelona, all this because he hasnt yet signed a contract but he also hasnt signed or said he has signed for barcelona. personally i think he will be at arsenal next season, we have a fantastic young team with loads of potential, we have a fantastic new stadium ready for next season and although we haven't won the champions league, barcelona have only won it once. All the racism in the spanish league from some of the ignorant fans will sway him to stay too. we have just as much a chance of winning the champions league as you, i believe we will qualify for the champions league next season, so why would he leave??.

Some of u guys dont hink. Arsenal is a very good team. The only reason we place 4rth in the EPL is because we have alot of young players. We hav Fabregas, Van Persie, Eboue, Flamini and many more young players. in like 4 years they will all be worldclass players(some of em already are). Weather or not Henry leaves we will still have a good side (maybe not imediately). If Henry leaves in like 4 or 5 years we will be battling it with chelsea because our young players would have been very xperienced and have gotten much better. (btw.. the only reason chelsea is so good is because they have so much money. They can just buy almost any player they want)

Ronaldinho is quality and Eto'o is brilliant but King Thierry is le magnifique!! Thierry Henry signed a 4 year contract today, hopefully Barcelona supporters will learn to keep their mouths shut next time. I knew Barca would win the Champions League, we have a good team at the Arsenal but they were not ready for the Champions League. Maybe next season.
Barcelona, remember what happened to Real Madrid. Your team has an average age of about 26. Excellent for you for the next 2 seasons as that is the peak age for any player but it doesn't bode well for the future. For the next two seasons you'll probably be brilliant but old legs don't win Championships. Leo Messi and Iniesta are coming up but how about the other players you'll struggle to replace. Thierry Henry is the prime transfer target for Summer, 2006. Barça´s board room doesn't make any secret of their admiration for the Arsenal hit-man. As far as coach Frank Rijkaard is concerned, he is the man to replace Henrik Larson who returns to Sweden next season.
