Barça coach, Frank Rijkaard was delighted with the way his side fought back to earn a 2-1 first leg advantage over Chelsea:
It was an important result for us in a special game treated with a lot of tension by the media.. We showed a lot of maturity. We created chances and we won but is was not our best performance. The pitch and Chelsea didn't let us but we are happy with the result." 
The Dutchman is confident that FC Barcelona will proceed to the quarter finals, adding:
“It's an important first step. Now we have the advantage to play at home but we will take the game very seriously. We intend to finish the job at Camp Nou.
