Rafael Márquez will make his 100th official appearance in a FC Barcelona shirt this weekend. After scoring in La Romareda last season, the stadium will be the setting for a landmark in the Mexican international's career as Barça take on Real Zaragoza on Saturday evening (22:00, GMT +1, live on TV3 and FORTA).
With two trophies won, Márquez is confident that there will be plenty more to come in the future.
The 99 matches that Rafa Márquez has played for Barça have come in five different competitions. As well as making 75 league appearances, the former AS Monaco star has also played ten times in both the Copa Del Rey and the Champions League, while playing three times in the Uefa Cup and once in the Spanish Super Cup. He has also scored five times for the club netting four league goals and one in the Copa Del Rey.
