FC Barcelona will appeal Edmilson's second yellow card after his dismissal in the 2-1 defeat at Osasuna on Sunday.
The Brazilian midfielder was penalised for a foul on Savo Milosevic which only the referee saw as a penalty showing the second yellow card to Edmilson.
Barça have appealed to the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and hope that Comité de Competición will reconsider referee's decision.
Unless the appeal is succesful, Edmilson as well as Motta - who saw a red card yesterday too - will miss next match against Real Sociedad in San Sebastian.
