His 2 goals, number 100 and 101 against on Tuesday, also brought him back into the race to catch up European´s leading goal scorer Luca Toni (Fiorentina, Italy) with 24 goals so far.

all Barca fans hope that his dream comes true and that he will score a goal in the UEFA Champions League Final in Paris in May, to lift the most prestigious Cup for teams in Europe.

The Pichichi Trophy

In Spanish football, the 'Pichichi' is the trophy awarded to the top scorer for each season. It is named in honour of the nickname of a famous Athletic Bilbao player, Rafael Moreno Aranzadi who scored many goals in the years before the Spanish national league was formed. Pichichi died of typhus 1922, aged 29.

The corresponding competition for goalkeepers is called the Zamora.
