AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti admit ahead of the UEFA Champions League clash with FC Barcelona on Wednesday at Camp Nou, that it is impossible to stop Barca´s world class attacker Ronaldinho:
Stopping Ronaldinho is impossible, but it is possible mark him closely, to limit his influence. It is true that if we give him space, he can put the ball wherever he wants, like he did in Milan. But that is not our main problem, which is to play on a difficult stage, and to manage to impose our game.
Ancelotti was also worried about the injuries incurred against Messina on Saturday to some of his Milan players such as Cafu, Nesta, Ambrosini, Shevchenko and Kaka. Ambrosini is the only one who has been definetely ruled out with a fracture for Wednesday´s Chamions League match:
Surely we could have done without the injuries we picked up in Messina.

But Ancelotti still sees a chance to beat FC Barcelona and proceed to semifinals:
Barcelona used a defensive setup in Milan and will do the same at home, even if they are a team that love to attack. My friend Frank Rijkaard has learned much from us. To prepare for such a match is not difficult. One needs to maintain serenity and conviction, because concentration and motivation are not a problem. But we believe we can win, that we have a chance. Barcelona are a young team, looking for their first big international final, and have great enthusiasm. They are a technical group, with some great players. Milan, however, have greater experience of such matches, and are a more solid group, but perhaps less spectacular. We are both at par.
