FC Barcelona has been granted the possesion rights to hold the internet domains www.fcbarcelona.net and www.fcbarcelona.org<br />
The World Organisation for Intelectual Properties has decided that FC Barcelona is the rightful owner of these internet domains. FC Barcelona fought legally for the control of the property due to trade mark and proprietory rights. The arbitrage committee decided in favour of FC Barcelona and against the company GRN of Girona which had registered and had been holding the internet domains for some time.
