Built in 1998 for the World Cup in France, the Stade de France has hosted some of the world´s biggest sporting events. Tomorrow it will host the Champions League Final between Arsenal and FC Barcelona.
The Stade de France in Saint-Denis, an indistrial suburb of Paris, is the biggest stadium in France and one of the best in the world. One of the main characteristics is its retractable stands. The capacity can be adjusted (reduced or expanded), according to the requirements. For the Champions League Final Arsenal v Barcelona it will host a crowd of about 80,000.

The Stade de France in Paris was build in 34 month by the architects Macary, Zubléna, Regembal and Costantini. Over time, the Stade de France has become popularly known as "The Saint-Denis" in tribute to the area.
"The Saint-Denis" has already hosted a Champions League final back in 2000.
