The march on Paris has started today! Buses, cars, trains and airplanes are full of Barca supporters who have only one destination: Paris!
They all want to fullfil their dream and see Barca lifting the European Cup at the end of the Champions League Final tomorrow.

The "Blaugrana" invasion started today but the majority of Barca fans will travel tomorrow. The motorways leading from the Mediterranean sea to the French capital Paris will be coloured in blue and red. Altogether, an estimated 1,000 cars and 112 buses will use the French motorways and about 11,000 supporters will have arrived in Paris tomorrow before the Champions League final between Arsenal and FC Barcelona has kicked-off.
The official Barca convoy organised by RACC, the official FC Barcelona travel agency, consists of 33 buses (plus two spare ones, just ion case of a break done!) and will carry 1,550 Barca supporters to the French Capital. Today, about 1,000 Barca fans will travel by train. A special and fast "Talgo" train of RACC will leave Barcelona´s central station Sants at 22,15 tonight and will travel over night.

Tommorrow, Barcelona´s Airport El Prat will experience a day of craziness. Already today, the first Barca supporters will head for Paris but it is tomorrow when the madness is expected.
A total of 53 chartered airplanes will take off from Barcelona Airport El Prat. The first plane is expected to leave 2 hours after midnight at 2:00 and the last one at 12:20 on the match day. A total of 9,000 Barca supporters will use these charter-flights who will complete the total of 21,000 culés on the match day in Paris. Barcelona airport authorities have already taken measures to avoid a collapse. A free parking zone has been organised for all Barca supporters and a special shuttle service will bring the travellers to Terminal B from where they will leave for destination Paris.

The meeting point for Culés will be the FC Barcelona Fun Area which is located just next to the station of train RER B, near the Stade de France. The other meeting point in Paris is the Esplanade of Château de Vincennes.

FC Barcelona Blog wishes every traveller an entertaining and save journey. And do not forget to bring the European Cup back to Barcelona!
