FC Barcelona Blog already reported it but now it is official!
FC Barcelona and Barca´s French winger Ludovic Giuly have reached an agreement to extend the French international's contract until 30th June 2008. A statement by the Barcelona board was published yesterday evening on Barca´s official Website and reported that the new deal will be signed on Wednesday:
"Ludovic Giuly, who was under contract until 2007, has extended his relationship with the Club for an extra year. The buyout clause remains unchanged at 60 million euros.
The French winger, who will be 30 next Monday, signed from French club Monaco in 2004.
At 5 pm on Wednesday, Giuly will sign the new contract in the Nou Camp offices."
