Now, FC Barcelona´s marketing officers have struck another strategic deal with Japanese media online group Rakuten, the second biggest media group in Japan.

FC Barcelona is strengthening its international image and presence to boost the recognition of FC Barcelona worldwide.
Japanese media giant Rakuten will use various communication channels to promote FC Barcelona to its fans in Japan, such as credit cards, internet and Barça publications in Japanese. The first step is to develope an official Barca website in Japanese using the internet dominion: www.fcbarcelona.jp.
Japanese Barça supporters will have the chance to register their membership online. Rakuten will also launch an official Barça magazine in Japanese. Finally, a new Visa credit card will be created using the "Barça" logo and images. It will be the first overseas credit card ever to do so.
The increasing presence of FC Barcelona in Japan does justies to the massive following and supportes of Barca in Japan. Supporters will now have the chance to become official members of the club, with the possibility of creating the biggest overseas following.
