FC Barcelona´s Dutch coach Frank Rijkaard is excited about the prospect of battling with his former boss, Real Madrid´s new Italian manager, Fabio Capello.
Frank Rijkaard was still playing for AC Milan when Capello took over from Arrigo Sacchi. Rijkaard was the midfielder under Capello´s management, when Milan went undefeated in 58 matches between 1991 and 1993. He won 3 consecutive Serie A championships and was in the Milan team that defeated FC Barcelona 4-0 in the European Cup Final in Athens in 1994.
Barca coach Frank Rijkaard has nothing but respect for the successful italian coach Capello:
"With him, Madrid will win matches as well and fans. The duel with him is going to be a challenge."
