Both football newspapers EL MUNDO DEPORTIVO and SPORT reported that FC Barcelona have reached an agreement with Juventus Turin for international defenders Gianluca Zambrotta and Lilian Thuram.
These newspapes reported in their online editions reported that an agreement has been struck between the two Clubs and the offer from Barcelona of 19 mill. Euros have been accepted for both players, Thuram and Zambrotta.
Now FC Barcelona have to reach an agreements with the two players and their agents. The negotiations with both are ongoing at present but the deals should be concluded this evening.
FC Barcelona Blog reported yesterday that the Barca directors have been landed in Turin and held successful talks.
