Oleguer Presas has signed an extension to his current contract with FC Barcelona. The catalan defender Oleguer signed until 2010 and his release clause is set at 60 mill. Euros. Oleguer joined Barca´s B team in the season 2001-02 from Gramenet and his contract was still valid till 30th of June 2008.
the new contract was already agreed weeks ago but the cataln player put pen to paper in the presence of president Laporta today.
Oleguer was one of the most used players by barca coach Frank Rijkaard last season. Pleguer Presas played 33 matches in La Liga, 11 matches in the Champions League and 3 matches in the Spanish Cup.
