Today, FC Barcelona´s first team squad will travel to Aarhus, Denmark for its pre-season training. After for five days of hard work out in the heat of the spanish summer sun, Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard takes the Barca squad to Danmark for further fitness trainind and a friendly against Danish local side AGF Aarhus. Barça's players will have to work out in 2 training sessions per day.
Top striker Samuel Eto'o will rejoin the sqad after a 2 month long holiday for the training session 9.30 am today before the sqad makes the trip to Denmark. The Cameroon striker Eto'o enjoyed an extra week of holiday with the permission of the club.


Barca will travel without the players that have been on world cup duty this summer. Barca will also travel without new signings Lilian Thuram and Gianluca Zambrotta, both playing for their countries in the world cup in Germany. Only 12 first team players will make the trip to Denmark but Barca coach Frank Rijkaard is happy to include 8 Barca B team players.
