Portuguese midfielder Deco praised inspirational Barca playmaker Ronaldinho and claimed that the Brazilian superstar would never leave Camp Nou:
I am a good friend of Ronaldinho, who is the symbol of this Barca team. I am convinced that his heart will always belong to his club and I do not believe he would leave Barcelona. 
Deco believes that it is justified Barca is mnamed favourites again to win the Spanish Championship and the European Champions League but he does not feel pressured by the high expectations of the Barcelona fans:
The success in 2005 and 2006 has made people think we can win everything. For me this is not a surprise. The players are not pressured. We are prepared for the big challenges ahead. To win another title will be very difficult but with the reinforcements the team has made we have more options.
