FC Barcelona is back home in Barcelona and Barca coach Frank Rijkaard is looking back positively about the pre-season preparation in Mexico and the USA.
Next on the agenda is the Super Cup Final against Espanyol, the first trophy at stake. Rijkaard feels that his team is now ready and up for it, despite having travelled thousands of kilometers in the past 2 weeks:
The thing that is most important is that all the players have participated and had some playing time. That was the main aim. The Super Cup against Espanyol is our next target. It is a final over two games and it is an important title for the player and the club. We now approach the game having worked hard, but also after a lot of travelling.
