FC Barcelona announced on their official website that the Ordinary General Assembly will be held on Saturday, September 23, in the Palau Blaugrana with the first session at 4pm and the second at 4.30pm.
The Assembly was originally scheduled to be held on August 22, the same day as the Gamper Trophy match against Bayern Munich, but the electoral process prevented that from going ahead and the date has now been set to September 23.
During the Assembly, the accounts for 2005-06 will be presented to the club's members and the budget for 2006-07, which is now around 300 million.
The board of directors has also named, as laid out by the club's statute, the members of the economic commission and the disciplinary commission, who serve the same mandate as the board. The directors have shown faith in those people that were employed in the roles last time out, before the electoral prcoess began.
According to Article 52 of the Statute "the economic commission is an associated body that acts in an advisory role and is made up of six club members that are held in high esteem and have experience in the field. One of the members of these commissions must be named to represent them at the Assembly. The five other members of the commissions will have to be ratified at the Assembly. The associates who have been proposed are:

Joan Torras i Gómez (Secretary)
Joan Molins i Amat
Carles Murillo i Fort
Ferran Soriano i Compte
The disciplinary commission is regulated by article 53 of the Statute, which defines the body as "as a group with the objective of exercising and applying, for the delegation of the board, the disciplinary power that corresponds to them". The disciplinary commission comprises of five members, one of which is designated to preside. The other four have been designated by the board from club members.
The members that will form the commission are:
