FC Barcelona, the biggest football club in the world, has now over 150,000 mmembers. This week, Barca registered a very famous new member, Danish idol and former Barca star Allan Simmonsen, as club member 153,752.
Allan Simonsen, also known as "Simonet" by the Culés, is living now in the coastal town of Sitges, 30 km South of Barcelona. Simonet spoke to Barca TV about his feelings for Barca he served so well at the end of the 70´s and beginning of 80´s and about becoming a member:
I'm very happy. Now that I'm a member, I want to come to the Nou Camp many times to see the matches. I'd also like to see Barca always at the top in Europe. Right now we're in one of the best moments in the history of the Club. We have a great team with some fantastic players and a club that is running really well.
