It was an unfortunate draw, considering the dubious penalty given against FC Barcelona just a quarter hour before the end of the match, but the Barca players seem to be upbeat and are looking positively ahead of the next matches.

Here are some of the players post match comments:

Andres Iniesta:

The team feels good, we've given everything, we've had a chance to kill off the game but a penalty against us brought the draw. This is the way forward. We have to take the positives and be happy with the feeling we have and continue in the same direction. We don't have to worry. After having fought hard throughout the game, it leaves a little bad taste in your mouth. I'm happy with the way I feel and the way I played until the final whistle. The penalty was unfortunate; Victor did well to stop the penalty and Deportivo were better prepared for the play that followed. The circumstances havent been the best. The death of Carles' father has come as a shock to us all. We wanted to win for him today.

Ronaldinho:

It's a shame we haven't come away with three points. My actions are getting a little better game by game, I beginning to feel better. We have to keep the ball for as long as possible. I will continue training hard to improve until the end of the year.

Javier Saviola:

I'm happy to have had the chance to start. The most important for me is having started the game to get some match fitness. The draw is a fair result but we'll try to win the up and coming games. We've done everything we could in order to win against a very determined rival.

Rafa Márquez:

A point is important in a difficult game, we have to be thankful. We also came close to losing. Both teams had good chances. Our chances weren't as clear cut as usual. We committed many fouls close to the area, which caused problems.

José Edmilson:

We had more chances in front of goal, but in the end we conceded a dubious penalty. Deportivo are a big team, they have many good players and are having a good season so far. We tried many offensive plays, although we need to work harder so that we can do them better. There's still a long way to go.

Víctor Valdés:

The team tried to go forward on all occasions. I'm not satisfied, neither I think is anyone. We know the importance of winning at a ground such as Riazor. I didnt see the penalty, I was just looking at the player with the ball. Yesterday was hard for everyone, we wanted to dedicate the deserved victory to our captain.
