Barca´s Xavi: "Manchester United is after me!"31st January 2007 FC Barcelona midfielder Xavi claims Manchester United have contacted his agent Ivan Corretja about a possible move to the current EPL leaders. The 27-year-old Barca star is under contract in Barcelona until 2010. Rumours suggest that their could be a swap plus cash deal on the agenda including Cristiano Ronaldo. Xavi told Barca TV:

It's true that the contact arrived with my agent Ivan Corretja to play for United but I have a contract with Barca and therefore we have demanded that if United want something, they will have to contact my club. After that, I do not know what has happened between the clubs.
