FC Barcelona have probably the best youth development in the world. Roughly € 7 mill. are spent annually for the development of talents for upcoming stars like Giovanni Dos Santos and Bojan Krkic.
But it seems, that the in the City of Barcelona there are alternative talents. May be not the youngest ones, but still very interesting to watch.
