Fc Barcelona players were all delighted with the comfortable win at Anoeta on Saturday night. The Barca player´s have known that it was an important win and that there are 5 more "finals" ahead before being able to lift the championship silverware again for the third time in a row.

José Edmilson:

We came here to Anoeta convinced that we could win and we did it.

At first we needed a goal. In the first half we were over-desperate to score, but in the second we were calmer in front of goal and that is when we got the goals.

We have the fortune of only depending on ourselves. It is the others who have to worry. That is why I said this week that we will win the League and Cup and I am still convinced we will.

I have fully recovered from my injury. I felt very good. The truth is, I’m surprised because I’m not tired at all. I am happy to be back in the team and even more with the win.

Gio Van Bronckhorst:

This was a decisive game for the league. Only a win would do for us and we are happy because we did it. We played well and winning away from home is always important.

At 1-0 we knew the game was not over. They are very dangerous from dead balls and the second goal was important to calm us down.

The most important thing about the game was the win. Now we have to wait for tomorrow’s game between Sevilla and Madrid and see what happens.

Víctor Valdés:

It was a difficult game, especially in the first half, because they play good football and made things difficult for us.

Eto'o scored an important goal and was very happy. The fact he came to celebrate it with me is not important. He wanted to celebrate it with me and I did with him.
