Time schedules for remianing games in Spanish League to be harmonised.

In order to prevent accusations of unfair advantage as already being hinted by some sources, organisers have decided to schedule all remaining Spanish League matches to be played at the same time, without any team playing ahead or after others so as to ensure fore knowledge of results do not influence outcome of yet-to-be played matches, especially those involving rival teams.

The two top contenders for the La Liga title, Barcelona and Real Madrid will now play their two remaining matches at same day, same time.

This will no doubt, affect TV viewership and revenue, which has already started to attract protests from those quarters operating business in those sectors, particularly the televison companies.

However, the League organisers have stood their ground, choosing fairplay ahead of profits, or so it seems.

The next round of matches will take place on Saturday, June 9, at 2100 CET. For convenience sake though, Getafe-Nastic and Deportivo-Recreativo games will kick off two hours earlier.

The final round will subsequently be played on Sunday, June 17, as 2100 CET.
