The lure to return to France grows stronger for Barca's strongman, Edmilson.


The Brazilian National Team star is being coveted by both Italian giants AC Milan and French top club, Marseille.
Edmilson is not entirely excited at the thought of leaving Barca but says he's open to any offers.He says:

In a team, you need good players as well as good people to enjoy success. Right here in Barcelona, we have plenty of both. I love it here in Barca and I am willing to stay, but I must be sure that I am needed here and fit into their plans, otherwise, I will be ready to leave.

I will know at the end off the season where I stand, and my agent is already here to help sort out issues with Barcelona after the season ends, as I still have one more year on my contract with Barca.

Speaking on the Milan interest, the tall and strong Barca player says:

If Milan want me, then let them come for me. They must make a move in line with their interest, and they have to make it soon enough. They must involve Barca in the discussion since I still have one left with the club.

The urgency tone attached to his statement is perhaps an indicator of a more prospective deal from Marseille, with whom the Brazilian has been strongly linked with over the past few days.
