AC Milan's boss, Silvio Berlusconi praises Barcelona's Samuel Eto'o.

Eto'o had been on the books of many top clubs in the Premiership and Serie A, but after recent confirmation by Brazilian wizard, Ronaldinho, who finally put the lid on Eto'o's earlier comments on his staying put at Barcelona next season, most of the clubs, the few ones still in the race that is, have begun to look for other alternatives.

In the face of the red card flashed to AC Milan by Samuel Eto'o's public declaration about his desire to remain in Camp Nou, AC Milan's Boss, Silvio Berlusconi has admitted the club had been doing some extra work underground to find a replacement for him, most likely in the mould of former Rossoneri top scorer, Andriy Shevchenko who has had a difficult time adapting to the Premiership style of play at Chelsea.
Despit their loss, Berlusconi was still full of praises for the Barca star, saying:

Eto'o is a very delightful player to watch. He is strong, young and a fantastic goal scorer.

Sammy is keen to stay at Barca, but with mounting pressure from England and Italy, where one club each, namely Arsenal and Inter Milan respectively are left in the race to get the Cameroonian forward, speculations continue to rise on what the young goal-father's location will be next season.

Barcelona will make all confirmations about in-coming and out-going players after the current Spanish soccer season ends.
