The Gunners are said to be interested in a player swap between Barca and the North Londoners between their two marksmen, Sam Eto'o and Thierry Henry with an added cash incentive in order to ensure a top marksman like Eto'o or Henry is present at Arsenal next season to Champion their campaign amidst young players.

Luis Suarez, who has strong links with both Inter and Barca, is likely to be the stumbling block to that dream by the Gunners. Suarez is of the opinion that Eto'o should be dressed in Blue and Black colours next season and playing in Milan not in Barcelona. He says:

News of another potnetial player swap surfaced recently, but this time, involving Inter's Brazilian bomber, Adriano and Barcelona's goalking, Samuel Eto'o. Adriano is likely being arranged for the swap, plus some cash, to make a berth at Camp Nou, after the first Barca bid for the Brazilian striker failed. This is how Inter may have planned to checkmate the move by Arsenal.


In the end, may probably be that two of the three strikers being mentioned may end up playing for one of the three teams in the transfer web.

The overbearing specualtions surrounding Barca star Eto'o may reach a stage that it will end up being left to the goalking to decide where he will stay next season, as he has already indicated he will like to be the one who finally decides where he will be.
