Gallas offers brotherly advice to teammate, Thierry Henry.


Arsenal's strongman, William Gallas has reportedly urged teammate, Theirry Henry to leave the club if his mind is no more with the Gunners and to go where he is sure he will be happy. As reported:

Arsenal are undergoing a transition right now and a lot of much younger players are around now, unlike before. I have found myself playing the big brother role here and it's something really, if I must say.
Thierry Henry must know what is best for him and pursue his heart's desire.

Gallas left Chelsea to be with Arsenal and has been prominent in club action at North London just as he was in Stamford Bridge.
The physically strong and hardworking international has had a lot of responsibility thrust upon him at Arsenal, being one of the oldest players among a pool of youngsters like Barcelona B team discovery, Cesc Fabregas.

He explains that team accord is essential for success and such an accord cannot be struck in the midst of inner displeasure or dissatisfaction.


Gallas also believes that a players's best comes out when he is able to locate the right environment for him and adapt well to it, an advice reportedly issued to his mate, Thierry Henry, who has been in the centre of speculations surrounding a long-standing probable move to Spain to play for La liga Champions,Barcelona.
