While denying links with Samuel Eto'o, Madrid's Calderon clarifies news on Madrid-Thierry Henry reports.

Real Madrid Boss, Ramon Calderon reportedly claims Arsenal FC striker Thierry Henry was offered to the Los Merengues for 30 Million Euros. Calderon made the comment while reportedly speaking to AS.
Calderon was reacting to accusations that the spanish team were making enquiries for FC Barcelona's Samuel Eto'o, Arsenal FC's Thierry Henry and AC Milan's Kaka. The Madrid boss denied both Henry and Eto'o links, saying that the club will not be making a second attempt at getting the Barcelona star forward after a similar attempt in the past had sensationally failed.

Kaka, Calderon says, is the prime transfer target and not Eto'o or Thierry Henry.
In related development, the Board of Arsenal FC have reportedly given a go ahead to sell French International striker Thierry Henry, if it comes to that. Speaking through the North London club's Managing Director Keith Edelman, the administrators at North London reportedly issued a statement concerning Head Coach, Arsene Wenger, giving him all the support to negotiate for the exit or otherwise, of Arsenal 's record goalscorer of all time, Thierry Henry. Edelman said:

These are decisions for Arsene, it's his job to manage the team and it would be up to him
That's how we've always worked with Arsene.
He will decide about the players. The board would be involved but we will do what Arsene asks us to.

FC Barcelona are yet to commence player purchase for next season but are engaged in active negotiation with clubs of most transfer targets like AS Roma's Chivu and Olympique de Lyon's Abidal. Thierry Henry of Arsenal FC is also a much touted target.
