Arsenal FC Goal king, Thierry Henry has given his opinion on the latest transfer news to FC Barcelona.
While speaking with FC Barcelona vice-President, Ferran Soriano, Thierry Henry expressed happiness on becoming a Blaugrana and was full of optimism about the future of the Catalans and his stay at the club, which begins with La Liga action commencing in August. The talented Premiership goaledor was also excited at the prospects of the new challenges ahead of him, as Henry is coming at a time FC Barcelona are about to make a relaunch of their claim on Spanish and European dominance, which by no means, is not an easy task.
Barca expect Thierry to be among the players who will spearhead this challenge and the brave Frenchman is well aware of this and ready to put in all his best to ensure Barcelona achieve their goals for next season.
Thierry Henry has been very eager to win titles, and sees the higher possibility of attaining this with former UEFA Champions League, Spanish League and Super Cup winners, FC Barcelona.
Barca have also won a host of other titles in recent times, and was voted Football Club of The Year also, the official title given to the Best Club in The World each year.
The Blaugrana are set to return in full armoury to Europe next season and are keenly pursuing signing of the five shortlisted players on the Catalan list.
Christian Chivu of AS Roma, Yaya Toure of AS Monaco and Eric Abidal of Lyon are all on the list, while an increasing mention of Deportivo La Coruna defence ace, Jorge Andrade is also very audible.
