Erm listen up fucknutz! He's on a ridiculous 7 or 8 year contract so he's worth waaaaaaaaaay more than 22 million euros I'm afraid. Perhaps £22m or even more. Yes he will no doubt turn traitor and fuck off to the gayest team in the world just like our geriatric striker did too but no doubt only when he's over the hill, injury prone and past it, will you twats step in and take him off our hands for an inflated unrealistic fee. He will be staying for some time yet.
Also you mention that he has become disillusioned at the lack of trophies. What did you fuckers win this season? Oh yeah thats right, fuck all!

You can come for all Arsenal players and yet you won't win the La Liga and the champions league next year. As for Henry, he thinks he can win the CL with you but it won't happen. Having already sold Henry, there is no way that AW would sell Cesc at any price. And I mean ANY price. He's got a 7 year contract and he's the hub of the Arsenal team. If he sold Cesc, Arsenal may as well not bother showing up to games for the next couple of seasons. I think FCB could offer £50 million and AW would still tell them to get lost. €25 million would get Laporta and Soriano laughed out of the meeting room.

CEsc aint leaving Arsenal. He'll have much more freedom now that Henry gone. And like the other said he has signed an 8 year contract at Arsenal so he wont be going cheap. Henry was let go because he was holding the team back and had a negative impact on the team in recent times. oh and cesc said himself that there's no room for him at BArcelona at the moment so keep on dreaming

Ex-Barcelona Youth Team starlet, Cesc Fabregas may be inching his way closer to the exit doors of Arsenal FC. Cesc has in recent times, developed nostalgic feelings for his home country, Spain, and an even stronger feeling toward his youth club, Barcelona, the club that mentored him to become a promising young star and launched him to stardom.
All my friends know where my heart is, and that I will return to Spain someday.
