After confirming failure in getting Samuel Eto'o, AC Milan seem bent on getting a piece of Barca this summer.
AC Milan is being closely watched after the Rossoneri are reported to have approached FC Barcelona super star, Gaucho Ronaldinho for possible transfer talks.
Ronaldinho is presently shooting commercials in the Italian city and also using the opportunity to holiday and enjoy the beautiful plains of the Azzurri domain. An approach by AC Milan has however been reported, fuelling another Milan-generated ruffle in the affairs of Barca after the Rossoneri's very loud chase for Barcelona's Samuel Eto'o was rebuffed. While in the process of going for Eto'o, the UEFA League Champions were accussed many times of having an eye on Ronaldinho, but denied it as many times as they were accused. perhaps seeing Ronnie's presence at their doorstep as a heaven-sent opportunity, the Italian giants have made another approach with hopes of convincing the Brazilian magic man to bring his magic to Milan as from next season.
Ronnie, though having come under heavy criticism by the media, has not had any serious problems in Camp Nou which will warrant him to leave, and the gifted talent says he will remain in Barcelona and play alongside Samuel Eto'o, Theirry Henry and all the other Barca next season. Though Gaucho was withdrawn toward the ending of the season, he blamed his seeming lack of activity on fatigue, choosing to opt of the Brazilian campaign in the on-going Copa America as a result.
Milan are said to be very keen on signing Ronaldinho, who they hope will set the stage alight by uniting with fellow Brazilian super stars, Ronaldo Lima and Kaka in AC Milan to form The Brazilian Trio in a repeat of the famed Dutch Trio in the Rossoneri, which comprised Frank Rijkaard, Ruud Gullit and Marco Van Basten, an indomitable trio that won many laurels for AC Milan in the past.
