Cruyff comments on FC Barcelona's new code of conduct and expresses unhappiness with Real Madrid.
In one swoosh, the Dutch legend tries to touch as many issues as possible in the Barca team and administration players, also taking out time to take a slight bashing of Real Madrid over treatment given to Capello. Still Speaking on various issues concerning FC Barcelona, Johan Cruyff has given his suggestions on how Barcelona should implement the new code of conduct which has been established by Barcelona President, Joan Laporta as a behavioural guide to Barca players next season. Cruyff explains that:

Those who are externally sited outside the internal affairs of Barca have little or no say over what happens in the dressing room, where there are 20 or more people. If there is an internal code of conduct then the captains are the ones that will enforce that. It is not the job of the club or the coach
.
Cruyff comes down heavily on Real Madrid for the way the Los merengues treated Fabio Capello, the Coach who gave then the La Liga title after four fruitless years. The legend disagreed with Madrid on citing reasons of incomaptible football style for sacking Capello:

If they say that they did not like Capello's style of football then they have had good reason.
But then they have to ask themselves why he was there in the first place then. You cannot begin to prepare for a new season with any organisation like they have now. It is a problem. It is very unusual that at this stage nobody knows who the coach will be.
Real Madrid are still grappling with the thoughts of getting a new coach after sacking Fabio Capello, a trend that has become well associated with Madrid who often sack their club coaches after a major title victory culminating in a milestone achievement.
