Barca's star striker Eto'o commends, then rejects AC Milan.


Samuel Eto'o has resolved to commend Serie A club, AC Milan for their interest in him, after discovering that all the refusals in the world, both aggressively done or calmly delivered, are not enough to deter the Italian giants from pursuing their interests in signing a Barca player, especially himself, the for front striker of the Blaugrana. About the Rosseneri, Eto'o says:

In every sense, AC Milan is a great team, a club that is known around the world, who have just won the Champions League. I am proud to be considered a target by them but, for now, I am happy where I am. I enjoy playing for FC Barcelona. The amount of money is something for the club to think about. For me, the figures will never change my plans. As for Barcelona, I do not know how the officials will view the offer, but I don't expect a favourable response from them to AC Milan's request.

Eto'o looks ahead to Barcelona's attacking quartet which is hailed as the deadliest in world football. With the Cameroonian lion combining with Thierry Henry, Ronaldinho and lionel Messi, the fabulous four will be the subject of fear for all FC Barcelona's opponents next season.
