25 man team to face Dundee United and Hearts in Scotland.
FC Barcelona have announced the players who will be going to Scotland with the team. The 25 man squad will be without Eidur Gudjohnsen who is undergoing observation over his injured left knee and Carles Puyol will also miss out through injury, while Lionel Messi, Gaby Milito and Rafa Márquez are still on holiday.
The full squad for the Scotland trip include Valdés, Jorquera, Oier, Belletti, Sylvinho, Zambrotta, Abidal, Marc Valiente, Oleguer, Thuram, Olmo, Xavi, Touré Yaya, Iniesta, Motta, Deco, Marc Crosas, Dimas, Giovani Dos Santos, Bojan, Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Henry, Maxi López, Ezquerro.
The squad has already arrived Scotland and currently in St. Andrews, where they will stay to await the first match date with Dundee United on the 26th of July before meeting Hearts two days later.
Expectations are very high in the media and in Scotland, where many want to see the new-look Barca sqaud for the first time in action. Barca fans are very optimistic of a five star performance with results to show for it from their Catalan team, who are tipped to win major trophies this season.
