Ezquerro will hope to remain in the limelight after leaving Camp Nou through a trip to England.

Santi Ezquerro still has his sights set on the English Premiership, as the Barca player is gearing up toward an exit from Camp Nou. Ezquerro, who has featured prominently in Barcelona pre-season tour, has interests from Bolton and Manchester City to consider as the player makes a leap toward the English arena. Celtic of Scotland were also in the listing, but Santi is eager to complete a move to either of Bolton or Man City in order to have the opportunity to sqaure up against big-time clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea FC, Liverpool and Arsenal next season.
Barca's technical director, Txiki Begiristain said :

It is no secret that Ezquerro has set his sights on playing in England and were are working towards that happening.

Txiki hopes all negotiations on Ezquerro would have ended by August 15th and although Ezquerro has demanded for free transfer, may have to wait on any interested clubs paying some amount for him before leaving Camp Nou, as is the case for Barcelona's Thiago Motta as well, who is looking to make a move to contnue his career elsewhere next season
