Barca's Vice Prez not encouraged by Man U and Madrid's conduct.

After the Zambrotta battle cry over Real Madrid's inflation of player transfer prices, FC Barcelona's economic man, Ferran Soriano has hit out at Real Madrid and other clubs like Manchester United for causing such money madness in the footbaling world. Soriano said :

Manchester United and Real Madrid are paying so much for players these days, causing a market evulotion where prices are blown up for players. If today we went to sign Henry, it'd be much more expensive for us, probably more than 30 million Euros.

FC Barcelona have signed four players this summer and all four have been players of top quality, who were all signed without much hype in the transfer fees and public awe.

Soriano also defended Barca in the high quality players the Blaugrana have signed, dismissing suggestions that the La Liga loss trigeered player purchse, while saying the Catalan giants were not building any Galactico side as heralded by the press:

We were already into the negotiation of all these players even before the La Liga ended, and players like Henry and Abidal have been on our target list for sometime now. We are not buying players because we finished second in the La Liga, but because we need to strengthen our team.
