Holidays end for Barca's Copa players.

Gabriel Milto and Rafa Marquez have resumed training in La Masia ahead of the arrival of their team mates from Asia. The thrid man on holiday, Lionel Messi will be joining them Tuesday afternoon, ending the extended holiday granted the three after their participation in the Copa America for their countries Argentina and Mexico.
At 9:45, the two defenders stepped onto the turf at La Masía, supervised by first team fitness coach Josep Antoni Pozanco. The session was the first of a series of fitness routines designed to prepare the two defenders for top action, and held twice, one in the morning and the second in the evening at 6:00 pm. The training focused purely on physical fitness and did not include any contacts with the ball, limited to sit-ups, running exercises and test of pace, among others.

An upscale to the training will be witnessed when Lionel Messi joins in.
