FC Barcelona's technical secretary breaks the silence on Cesc Fabregas' rumours.
Txiki Begiristain has spoken on the issue at the moment, in which many reports have linked ex-Barca youth star, Cesc Fabregas to a potential move to Spain, most notably FC Barcelona where the Catalan player nurtured his skills. The FC Barcelona official offered some opinion from Camp Nou as the Catalan giants were yet to make any comment on the growing insinuations from the press. Txiki said:

Fabregas was once here with us, but he has left. He was nurtured here and so if he's to return, it will be a difficult thing for us in the sense that we will have to pay big money for him. It wouldn't be nice paying a very huge amount of money for a player we nurtured and developed. Also, Fabregas has not made any move toward coming back to Barca. As this is the case, we here in Barcelona will not really go after him. He has to be allowed to make his decisions and live by what he believes.
Joseba Diaz, Fabregas' agent, has been pin-pointed as the person fuelling the latest rounds of Fabregas' exit rumours after the agent granted an interview in which he praised FC Barcelona and indicated some hope and silent prayer that the Catalan giants will make an offer to repossess Cesc Fabregas from Arsenal FC.
