Samuel Eto'o has developed a dream attacking pair in Lionel Messi and Bojan Krkic.


FC Barcelona’s strike king, Samuel Eto’o is mesmerized with the awesome skills and talents of goal-machine, Bojan Krkic as the young teenager inches his way deeper into the hearts of Barca fans, officials and team mates alike. The confidence by Eto’o in the young Bojan is growing by the day, and after French international Thierry Henry highlighted the skills of the Bojan Krkic in an exclusive interview sometime ago, the Cameroonian international, Eto’o, has followed suit, predicting that Bojan Krkic will rule the future in world soccer peak performance and show of fine football artistry, just as Lionel Messi is thrilling the world at present. Eto’o says:

There is a player who continues to amaze me, and his name is Bojan. This kid can become a number one straight away, and very soon he'll be fighting with Messi for who the best young player is! I'd love to see them play together against Villarreal. That would be a great spectacle for everyone. I'm eager to play with them too, of course. Who wouldn't want to play alongside the current and future number ones?

Eto'o also spoke of his injury and long period out of action:

I'm aware of the fact that, out of the last 15 months of football, I've played just three. I don't know what might have happened had I played. Some wonder if I will I ever be the same again. I'm 26 years old and have a lifetime ahead of me. We'll see what happens, but I have the utmost confidence in myself. These things happen in life. The most important thing is not how you fall, but how you get back up.

Eto'o is almost through with his injury recovery program and is expected back in action soon.
