Cesc is thrilled with a possible return to Spain to face La Liga and European action.

Former Barcelona B team starlet, Cesc Fabregas has indicated his willingness to return to Spain, the place where he was groomed for the footballing world.

The Arsenal star admitted:

People who know already know where my feelings are and that I won't mind returning to Barcelona. They are such a great team, one of the best in the world if not the best in the world. Barcelona are the best. I am already thinking of how I can fit in with such great players like Xavi and Iniesta playing great football, but there is always room for others. This gives me hope of a place in the team.

Fabregas rates Barcelona ahead of Real Madrid, who are also in contention for him. When asked about the possibility of going to Real Madrid since he was thinking of going back to Spain, the ex- Barca B player retorted:

I have a contract with Arsenal already. I appreciate Real Madrid's interest.

Growing discontentment has been evident in Arsenal since the boardroom crisis which saw to the exit of David Dein, a situation that gave Striker Thierry Henry a re-think of his Barcelona move.

Arsenal's coach, Arsene Wenger has only one season left and with his ouster will witness an influx of Arsenal players into other clubs, notably Barcelona, which is often the preferred destination for many players due to the excellent team spirit and goodwill in the team, a situation that gave them top image making positions with reputable International Organisations like UNICEF.

Should Fabregas finally return to barcelona, he is expected to be highly welcomed back home.
